A refund with 25% penalty shall be given if tour or activity is canceled prior to May 1st, 2023. No refunds for cancellations after May 1st, 2023. If you miss the tour because of not being on time for excursion, no refund will be issued. Deaf Resorts reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour. If we are unable to substitute your purchased tour, a full refund will be provided. If tour is cancelled by De Palm Tours, De Palm Tours will substitute the original activity with one of at least equal value as the one being cancelled or substituted.
